My name is Sam and I am a Woodwind and Vocal Teacher based in Corsham, Wiltshire.
I have a BMus Music degree from Goldsmiths College, Univeristy of London and a PGCE in KS2/3 Music from Bath Spa University.
On graduating from my PGCE, I began teaching in a middle school in the West Midlands, before then returning to London taking on a role as Music Coordintor in a large primary school in South-West London.
During the my time teaching in London I gained huge amounts of experience in not only teaching music from ages 4-11, but being in charge of extra-curricular groups, leading whole school productions and concerts and working with other schools and community groups.
As well as teaching, I also enjoy making music with others and I am a member of a Saxophone group in Chippenham called Saxophonics and I sing Soprano in Bath Choral Society.
When I am not teaching or playing music, I am looking after my two young children, pottering around the garden or volunteering with local families.
